Who Am I?
Yarden Satya.
My name is Yarden Satya, I believe that light and darkness are interconnected aspects of our being. As a therapist, I employ various healing methods, including body-oriented psychotherapy, mindfulness, psychodrama, Somatic Experiencing, breathwork, and shamanism. I guide individuals to explore and accept both their painful and joyful sides and experiences, recognizing that each is essential for wholeness.
My focus is on the inner child, the part of us that represents our roots and the foundation of our growth. It is often here that the wounds affecting our adult lives reside. I view these wounds not as burdens but as gifts that can guide us toward healing and deeper, closer relationships.
Embracing our wounds requires courage, but it is a path we can choose to transform our traumas into sources of strength, much like a seed that grows in two directions at once. As we embrace the darkness and push down to establish our roots, we create a strong foundation that allows us to reach for the light. This process requires courage, as we must face and embrace our wounds. Yet, it is through this journey that we find the power to grow.
My ability to see deeply and create a space for healing comes from my life experiences and my journey toward healing. Through all the training I’ve undergone and the practices I’ve embraced along my path, I have applied the insights and tools I’ve gained to myself, allowing me to understand my own pain and grow from it. As a result of my work, I developed a deep capacity to hold and understand human suffering with compassion. I know that pain is a part of life, and I’m here to listen and support others, even in their hardest times. This awareness and love help me embrace the full range of what it means to be human.
For me, the key is always listening – true, deep listening, both inward and outward, brings a profound sense of peace into all aspects of life. This is the truth I live by and the truth I share in my sessions, workshops, and the various spaces I hold.
What I Believe
Everything that was born into our world came from a womb.
Everything that comes into our world is born from a womb.
The same womb that makes new life possible also allows for retreat, relaxation, and nourishment throughout the journey from conception to birth.
How deeply we long for that feeling…
Returning home means returning to that safe and protected space.
Resting there allows wounds to heal.
Resting there allows acceptance of not knowing.
Resting there gives us permission to meet our shadows and connect with the essence of who we truly are.
Within each of us lies a yearning for this feeling.
A place beyond rules of right or wrong, forbidden or permitted. A place free from the images, illusions, and consequences that define the world we live in—replaced by a delicate, quiet stillness.
In my clinic and workshops, I guide us back to this space, creating an opening to touch and be touched by the most hidden parts within ourselves, the ones we haven’t yet dared to meet.
It is here that we find access to our deepest traumas, and with that, the possibility for healing—
Healing from the endless battle against the most unloved parts of ourselves.
In each encounter, my role is to deeply feel the person before me and, with motherly intuition, identify the most fitting tools and approaches for their healing. Together, we walk a path that allows their pain to release, to be wrapped in love, and to unlock the wisdom and insight these traumas carry within.
I believe that when a space is truly held, learning emerges naturally from within—and that is where true transformation begins.
